Designing your card
Your name, job title, company, slogan and uploaded logo are processed in your browser while you edit. A preview is not sent to Cirqle until you submit an order.
“Save draft” keeps your design in this browser on this device. “Clear saved draft” removes it. Drafts do not sync between devices.
Placing a card order
When ordering is available and you submit a checkout, Cirqle saves your front artwork, the uploaded logo and its exact position, quantity, price breakdown, delivery information and contact email. This information is used to process your requested purchase, produce and deliver the card, resolve order questions and maintain required transaction records.
Order information is held in protected database and file storage. Access is restricted to the checkout browser and authorized administrators. The checkout browser receives an essential order-access cookie lasting up to 30 days. Keep your order reference if you need help from another device.
Secure payments
Mollie handles payment details on its hosted payment page. Cirqle stores the payment reference, amount and verified status, including refunds where relevant. Cirqle does not receive or store raw card numbers or security codes. Mollie’s own privacy information applies to its payment processing.
Optional website measurement
If measurement is enabled, we ask before collecting visits, card-order steps and site speed. Declining is as easy as accepting and does not prevent you from ordering. Use “Cookie settings” to change your choice.
With consent, measurement uses a random browser identifier stored for up to 90 days and a tab session that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Records include the public page path, events, referrer hostname, broad traffic source, browser and device category, approximate region and activity time. They exclude names, emails, artwork, full referring URLs, raw IP addresses and precise GPS location. Activity within five minutes counts as live; session duration estimates visible active time. You can withdraw consent or exclude this browser using Cookie settings. Withdrawal removes the local identifiers. Records are sent through our first-party website to Cirqle’s backend. No third-party advertising script is loaded.
Security and service providers
Website hosting and payment providers process information needed to operate the service. Limited technical information may also be used for security, error handling and request limits. Order records are kept as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Contact and the Cirqle application
Email links open your email application. Information is sent when you send the email. Do not send passwords or payment card details by email.
