Your card design

Cirqle cards are matte-black PVC, measuring 85.6 mm × 54 mm. All artwork is printed on the front; the back is blank. Available print finishes are shown in the configurator. Contact information belongs on your digital profile.

On-screen colours and metallic effects are illustrative. Check names, spelling, logo proportions and placement before ordering. Cirqle reviews artwork before production. Use only content and logos you have permission to use.

Pricing and checkout

When online card ordering is open, the checkout shows the unit price, quantity, applicable VAT, shipping and total before payment. Physical cards are a one-time purchase, separate from the recurring software subscription. When pricing is not configured, the website offers an enquiry rather than taking payment.

Mollie provides secure payment processing. An order is confirmed as paid only after Cirqle verifies its payment status with Mollie. A pending, cancelled, failed or expired payment is not a paid order. Keep your order reference when contacting Cirqle.

Production, delivery and order questions

Contact Cirqle to confirm production arrangements, delivery timing, changes or cancellation options for your personalized card before ordering. For a problem with your order, including a refund question, email info@cirqle.digital with your order reference. These website notes do not limit applicable statutory rights.

Software plans

Individual is €7.99 per month. Teams start from €5.99 per user per month and scale with organization size. Enterprise pricing is custom. Confirm the applicable subscription billing and cancellation terms separately from your card purchase.

Product previews and availability

Interface concepts use demonstration data. Microsoft Calendar integration is planned and not currently available. Account access, digital profiles, leads and team management remain in the separate Cirqle application.
